Daddy cut Ryan's hair (Per Mommy's request)! High and tight like Dave's! So Handsome!

Last night, while I was cooking dinner, Ryan fell asleep in his highchair.

Ellie loves books! At the library we found the Garfield comic book section- one of Ellie's favorites! I also got her a Calvin and Hobbes- a new favorite for her! Ellie likes the library, but she always gets upset when it's time to return books- she cries.

Ellie squeezed into the dog cage. It took her some effort to get back out again. I was laughing at her.

Ellie's Haircut and Easter Outfits

Ellie wanted her haircut because wolves don't have long hair they have short hair and Ellie likes to pretend she's a wolf. For instance, last night she could see the moon out her window while she was laying in bed, so she was all excited and howling a song to the moon. This picture is Ellie howling at the moon!

Dying Eggs

The three kids together. So CUTE!

Kayla putting stickers on her egg. She really wanted to crack her egg. After she got it all decorated she said, "Now can I crack it." So then Dave cracked it and made it into egg salad. Kayla took a bite and made an "eww nasty" face. Then she asked Daddy to put her egg back together. We laughed, but she wasn't too happy about it.

Ellie held onto her egg as she was dying it and now she has a perma pink hand.

Our New House and Ryan Too!

Our House

We've moved to Discovery Bay, CA! Here is a tour of our new house!

I just LOVE the pictures that Ellie draws. It puts a huge smile on my face. Here are superheros Ellie and Emari in their scuba gear walking down into the ocean water. notice that they have oxygen tanks and glass helmets. Emari's helmet is shaped for her ears. Emari is wearing doggy flippers and her scuba outfit has a zipper! (Ellie loves comics and one day she went through her artwork folder and drew dialog bubbles with scribbles over her drawing (the purple pen). I was a little bummed, but i guess she has the right since they are her drawings)

Two random things Ellie told me today:

Mom first we lived with Jesus, then with Grandma and Grandpa, then with Nana and Papa, and now we live in our own house.

Mom (yes she always starts with mom) our spit helps our food go down our throat into our stomach.
